Traveling - Restaurant Superintendent
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects for high-end restaurants ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in property construction and a passion for on-site project management.

Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor with National Reach who builds Restaurant and hospitality projects. They are known for their commitment to excellence and fostering a results-driven work environment.
Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for restaurant projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
- Monitor project budgets, manage resources, and address any potential issues proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any construction challenges.
- Communicate progress updates to the project management team and other relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Travel extensively to oversee multiple restaurant construction sites as required.
