Traveling - Restaurant Superintendent

Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for restaurant projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Monitor project budgets, manage resources, and address any potential issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any construction challenges.
• Communicate progress updates to the project management team and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Travel extensively to oversee multiple restaurant construction sites as required.

Profile

A successful Traveling - Restaurant Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in construction, particularly in high-end restaurant projects (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project supervision.
