Audio/Visual & L1 Support Technician

$30.00 - $45.00/Hour

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who can support all Audio/Visual operations and basic L1 support functions, serving as the sole onsite resource for a 35‑person team. This individual must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively support daily operations.

Description

  • Operate and support A/V systems in meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring smooth videoconferencing, high quality audio, and reliable hybrid meeting experiences
  • Support certificate setup requests for system access, including assisting users within designated zones and resolving related access issues
  • Handle workstation equipment replacements such as keyboards, mice, and headsets, and provide onsite assistance for general hardware needs
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity challenges across appropriate OSI layers, escalating issues to specialized teams when required

Profile

  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency to communicate effectively during technical support interactions and VIP situations
  • Experience resolving access issues related to authentication tools and workstation login environments, with proper escalation when hardware failures occur
  • Working knowledge of meeting room videoconferencing systems including Logitech, Poly, and automation platforms such as QSC
  • Ability to manage onsite support needs, including printer troubleshooting, WiFi access assistance, and coordination with cross functional teams for escalated hardware or network cases

THIS ROLE REQUIRES 5-DAY ONSITE AVAILABILITY IN MIAMI, FL.
