Construction Assistant Estimator
The Construction Assistant Estimator / Junior Estimator will support the estimating team in preparing accurate takeoffs, organizing bid documents, and assisting with cost analyses for ground-up projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their estimating career who wants hands-on experience and mentorship in a reputable, growing firm.

Description
As a Construction Assistant Estimator / Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in preparing estimates for commercial and residential ground-up projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and review project plans and specifications
- Help gather subcontractor quotes and maintain bid documents
- Support the estimating team with budgeting, bid organization, and cost tracking
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field staff as needed

Profile
A successful Construction Assistant Estimator should have:
- 1-3 years of estimating or construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and takeoff software
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
