The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurately forecasting costs for construction projects within the property industry. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure project budgets align with organizational goals.

Description

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor and update project budgets to reflect changes in scope or materials.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs and budgets to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all estimates and project costs.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to the project team.
