Superintendent - NYC
This role provides the opportunity to oversee large-scale gut renovation projects in the Bronx, managing field operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. As the on-site leader, you will coordinate trades, resolve challenges in occupied and vacant rehab environments, and ensure projects meet the highest standards

Description
Oversee daily site operations on gut rehab projects.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure timely performance.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
Review drawings and specifications to resolve conflicts.
Coordinate work in occupied and vacant buildings.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and project teams.

Profile

The ideal Superintendent is an experienced field leader with a background in gut rehabs and multifamily projects. They thrive in complex environments, anticipate challenges, and are skilled at maintaining order and safety on fast-paced, high-demand sites. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential.
7+ years superintendent experience in construction.
Proven track record in gut rehabs and/or multifamily housing.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Ability to manage trades in occupied rehab environments.
Strong scheduling, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication with clients, subs, and internal teams.
