Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer in the property industry, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is based in Littleton, CO, and requires exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Description
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Assist in project planning, including reviewing blueprints and specifications.
- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
Profile
A successful Project Engineer - Ground Up Construction should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between $75,000 and $100,000 USD annually depending on experience.
