Director of Warehouse and Logistics

The Director of Warehouse and Logistics will oversee and optimize all logistics and warehouse operations, work with third party logistic providers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes. This role is based in El Segundo and requires expertise in managing supply chains within CPG.

Description

• As the Director of Warehouse and Logistics you will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse and logistics operations.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels.
• Manage and lead warehouse and logistics teams to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline distribution and delivery processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers both domestically and globally.
