Description

  • As the Customer Service and Procurement Manager you will lead the customer service teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Help lead the procurement team when needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
  • Analyze and report on customer service metrics and procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within procurement and customer service operations.
