Interim Legal Counsel - Real Estate
We are seeking a skilled Interim Legal Counsel - Real Estate to join our legal team on a temporary basis. This position focuses on providing expert legal support in property management legal matters, landlord-tenant law, and affordable housing.

- Provide legal advice and guidance on property management legal matters.
- Handle landlord-tenant law issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
- Advise on affordable housing compliance and related legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns.
- Manage legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes as needed.
- Stay current with changes in real estate and housing laws.

Profile
A successful Interim Legal Counsel - Real Estate should have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Immediate availability.
- Strong knowledge of property management legal issues and landlord-tenant law.
- Familiarity with affordable housing regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
