Description
- Lead onsite operations for healthcare projects across the Northeast, Southeast, and Gulf Coast
- Oversee field teams, subcontractors, safety, sequencing, logistics, and MEP coordination
- Deliver phased, occupied-space projects with 9-12 month schedules
- Manage hospital protocols, infection control, shutdowns, and sensitive patient areas
- Maintain daily reporting and coordination with project management
- Travel to project sites and receive monthly paid home trips
Profile
- Superintendent experience in healthcare construction (occupied or ground-up)
- Strong MEP understanding and ability to run complex phasing
- Ability to travel full time as projects require
- Excellent communication and subcontractor leadership skills
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with precision and safety focus
Job Offer
