Civil Project Manager

The Civil Project Manager will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution while assisting with estimating for construction projects in the property industry. This role is based in Allentown and requires a results-driven individual with expertise in construction processes and cost management.

Description

  • Manage and oversee sitework construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
