Estimator | DSA Construction | Santa Rosa
The Precon Manager/Estimator will oversee pre-construction activities, including estimating and budgeting for projects within the modular DSA construction industry. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for DSA and public works projects (primarily K-12)
- Perform quantity take-offs, analyze drawings/specifications, and prepare accurate cost breakdowns
- Collaborate with design and project management teams during preconstruction to ensure accurate budgets and scopes
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Assist in value engineering efforts to meet client budgets and project goals
- Support ongoing project cost tracking and forecasting as needed
