Superintendent - Commercial TI - San Francisco

We are seeking a Superintendent specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) projects to oversee and manage construction activities from start to finish. Description

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement project plans and resolve any on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential delays or challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Assist in the development and execution of project schedules and budgets.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Commercial TI should have:
