Superintendent - Commercial Construction
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in commercial construction.

Description
- Manage day-to-day operations on the job site from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
