Construction Superintendent - Healthcare Interiors
This position focuses on overseeing the full interior construction of a medical office fit‑out, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. You'll be the on‑site leader driving coordination, subcontractor performance, and daily execution from shell to completion.

Description
- Oversee daily site operations for a 20,000 sq ft medical office fit‑out project
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, inspections, and progress reporting
- Coordinate closely with project management to ensure alignment on budget, logistics, and sequencing
- Maintain rigorous quality standards consistent with medical office interior requirements
- Drive the project from shell stage through full interior completion (shell already complete)
- Provide proactive issue resolution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Uphold strong documentation practices, including daily logs and progress updates
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent specifically on medical office or hospital interior projects
- Strong tenure in previous roles - a history of stability is essential
- Excellent coordination, communication, and field‑leadership skills
- Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment with urgency and precision
- Comfortable representing themselves professionally during a multi‑step interview process with senior leadership
