• Office in North Andover, MA
• Projects located throughout the Northshore and Metrowest
• Been in business for 40+ years, well established and a go to GC for local housing associations, school districts, and municipal entities
• 15 employees between office and field staff
• Projects: Affordable Housing, Government/ Municipal, up to $15M
• Tight knit group of employees, where you are more than just a number, have very strong employee tenure, and recession proof work

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor project performance, addressing any challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to achieve project milestones.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• Proficient in Procore and other construction related software
• Comfortable mentoring/ teaching APMs
• Schedule: 3 days in office, 1 day on site, and 1 day work from home
• Open as they just had their current PM get promoted
