Senior Compensation Analyst
The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization's corporate compensation function. This position is responsible for administering broad-based compensation programs, analyzing market data and trends, and providing strategic compensation guidance to HR professionals across divisions and business units.

Description
- Partner with HR professionals to administer the company's compensation and job banding frameworks, interpret market data, and apply compensation best practices across business units.
- Support the annual compensation planning process (merit, incentive, and equity programs) by providing analysis, guidance, and resolving related inquiries.
- Coordinate global compensation survey submissions, review data for accuracy, and analyze results to develop salary ranges and merit recommendations by country.
- Manage updates to all global salary ranges and ensure alignment with market data.
- Lead and/or support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and special projects.
- Provide consultative support to business units on local compensation strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the organization's job catalog and job banding system.
- Manage compensation tools, documentation, and resources used by HR teams.
- Ensure compensation-related content on HR portals and systems is accurate and up to date.

Profile
A successful Senior Compensation Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in broad-based compensation within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong problem-solving and data auditing capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work onsite full-time at the corporate office, with some flexibility in schedule.
