We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead and optimize recruitment strategies within the construction industry. This role requires expertise in recruitment and a proven ability to manage and enhance talent acquisition processes effectively.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead and optimize recruitment strategies within the business services industry. This role requires expertise in recruitment and a proven ability to manage and enhance talent acquisition processes effectively.
Description
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
