Lead Superintendent- Multifamily Construction
An ENR-recognized General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a flagship $100M+ multifamily development in West Palm Beach. This role requires a seasoned field leader with a proven track record driving large-scale multifamily projects from breaking ground through turnover.

Description
Serve as the primary on-site leader overseeing all field operations for a $100M+ ground-up multifamily project.
Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including subcontractor management, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
Drive the project schedule and ensure all milestones are met or exceeded.
Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager, ownership team, design partners, and inspectors.
Lead jobsite meetings, track progress, drive installation standards, and proactively troubleshoot field issues.
Uphold the highest standards of site safety, documentation, and compliance with local and federal building codes.
Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers to support their professional development.
Profile
10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years leading ground-up multifamily projects over $100M.
Strong command of sequencing, high-rise concrete or large-scale podium construction, MEP coordination, and façade systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to maintain organization and control on a fast-paced, complex jobsite.
OSHA 30 certified; proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
