Project Manager - K-12 Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead K-12 construction projects throughout the South Florida market, with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality delivery. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Description
Manage K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate with school districts, architects, engineers, and inspectors
Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change orders
Ensure compliance with local codes, school district standards, and safety requirements
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to ownership
Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on K-12 or public-sector construction projects
Proven experience working in the South Florida construction market
Strong knowledge of school district procedures, public bidding, and compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an active, occupied-campus environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
