Superintendent- LA- Public Works

The Public Works Construction Superintendent plans, directs, oversees, and manages field operations on public works construction projects throughout Los Angeles, California. This role ensures that projects meet design specifications, safety standards, timelines, budgets, and applicable governmental regulations.

Our client is one of Southern California's largest and well-established GC's in the region. They span across the public works and commercial fields, oversees ground up and tenant improvement projects with a pipeline of $300M.

Description

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, including quality control and inspections.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to address concerns and provide updates.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

Profile

A successful Superintendent- LA- Public Works should have:
