This quality engineer role is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes while ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Description

The Key Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.

  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and support ISO 9001:2015 compliance efforts.

Profile

The Successful Quality Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to metal fabrication, welding, or electronics assembly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
