Project Engineer - Commercial Construction
The Project Engineer - Commercial Construction will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the property industry. Based in Miami, this role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Assist in planning and managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and progress reports.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with the construction team to improve processes and project outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in commercial construction or the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
