MEP Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Description
The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading all MEPF coordination from preconstruction through project closeout
- Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure constructability and schedule alignment
- Performing design reviews and supporting value engineering efforts
- Managing and integrating the MEP schedule with the overall project schedule
- Overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Supporting BIM/VDC coordination and clash detection processes
- Serving as the technical expert for all MEP-related scopes
- Ensuring all systems meet safety codes, quality standards, and project requirements
Profile
The MEP Superintendent will have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred
7+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale commercial projects
Experience working with top-tier general contractors or MEP subcontractors
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and commissioning processes
Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or BIM 360
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
PE or LEED accreditation is a plus
