Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for reference and analysis.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A proven track record of managing construction projects in the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to enhance efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
• Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
