Assistant Project Manager- Multifamily Shell Construction
An established shell contractor in Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with experience in high-rise apartment construction. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale multifamily projects and grow within a highly reputable company.

Our client is a leading shell contractor specializing in concrete structures for high-rise and multifamily developments across South Florida. Known for their technical expertise, strong safety culture, and ability to deliver on complex projects, they have built long-standing partnerships with top general contractors and developers in the region.
Description
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing shell construction on high-rise projects.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Assist in scheduling, cost tracking, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain project flow.
Monitor quality and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Prepare and review progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Profile
2+ years of experience as an APM or Project Engineer in shell or structural concrete construction.
Previous experience on high-rise multifamily or commercial projects is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
