Accounts Payable Clerk - Aderant
Our client, an AM Top 200 law firm based in Los Angeles, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a FTE role and the successful candidate will have Aderant & AP experience.

AM Top 200 law firm based in Los Angeles. This role is 3 days per week in office, and offers an individual with Aderant & AP experience a chance to join a collaborative team at one of the nation's best law firms.
Description
This role will involve you to:
Perform day-to-day processing of payments and ensure completion in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
Compile, verify and process Firm and client chargeable invoices and check requests.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are updated and reconcile related transactions.
Responds and handles vendor inquires and reviews vendor accounts and resolves vendor issues timely and professionally.
Schedule, print, and obtain signatures on paper checks on a bi-weekly basis
Record miscellaneous transactions into accounting software, including bank transfers and debits
Manipulate and format data for upload into accounting software.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Knowledge of Chrome River and Aderant software required.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of AP experience. Previous law firm or professional services experience highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have great customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
Must be extremely detail oriented and have excellent follow through skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
