Operations / Project Engineer - Commercial Pool Construction

Client Details

This Morristown-based company is a rising player in the commercial pool construction and municipal water treatment space. With a small team of field professionals and a newly energized leadership group, they self-perform the majority of their work and are expanding rapidly. The company recently implemented Procore and is turning down projects due to high demand-making this a prime time to join and grow with them.

Description

• Project Management: Manage and support commercial pool and municipal infrastructure projects from planning to completion

• Team Leadership: Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Schedule Management: Assist with procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Documentation: Maintain project documentation and support reporting

• Job Site Travel: Travel to job sites across North Jersey, NYC, and Eastern PA (1 day/week)

• Company Evolution: Contribute to system improvements and adapt to evolving processes

Profile

• 1-5 years of construction experience (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment: 2 days remote, 2 days in-office, 1 day in the field

• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project is a plus

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with evolving systems

• Ideally located in North Jersey for proximity to projects

Job Offer

• Competitive Base Salary: up to 95K (based on experience)
