Drywall Project Manager - Self Perform

The Construction Project Manager - Self Perform will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence. This role requires an organized professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager - Self Perform should have:

• Significant experience in Drywall project management
• 5+ years in Project Management position
• Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in the construction industry.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
