Senior Quality Engineer l Automotive Manufacturing
The Senior Quality Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards for products and processes within the automotive sector. This position is based near Plymouth, OH, and focuses on new product launches, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance within the industry.

Description
- Lead quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence throughout the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance product quality
- Conduct audits and inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Support new product development by ensuring quality requirements are integrated into the design process
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality activities and performance metrics
Profile
A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:
- A strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the automotive sector
- Experience with new product launches (APQP, FMEA, etc.)
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams
- A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
