Traveling Superintendent

Description

Project Portfolio

You'll be overseeing projects typically sub-$15 million, including:

• Gas stations / fueling facilities
• Car washes
• Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Retail developments
• Restaurant builds and tenant improvements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
• Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement work
• Comfortable managing multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel,
• First 2 projects are in LA. If that's too far for a daily commute, housing will be provided Mon-Fri
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

• $120-140 base salary
• Per diem, travel expenses, and lodging covered
