Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

We are looking for a Local Superintendent with experience managing ground-up healthcare projects in Chicago. This role requires strong leadership and on-site management skills.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and healthcare-specific requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Job Offer
