We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the property industry. Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience with Downtown Boston Interiors
• Experience with Procore and other related construction softwares
• Bachelors Degree in Construction management or related field
• Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
