Project Manager - Downtown Boston Interiors
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the property industry. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to high-quality standards. - Focus on Commercial, Life Science, and Hospitality projects, high end interiors up to $10M
- 40 - 50 employees

Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience with Downtown Boston Interiors
- Experience with Procore and other related construction softwares
- Bachelors Degree in Construction management or related field
- Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
