Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

A successful Project Manager should have:
