Project Manager Beauty

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to act as a strategic bridge between the Research & Development, Product Development, and Account Management teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of projects from concept through commercialization.

Description

• Coordinate and manage projects involving R&D, PD, and Account Management teams
• Translate client briefs and market needs into actionable development plans and timelines for R&D and PD teams
• Ensure clear communication of technical capabilities, timelines and feasibility between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments; manage scope, milestones, deliverables
• Facilitate sample tracking, testing coordination, and feedback loops between technical teams and client-facing representatives and proactively address issues to keep projects on time
• Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, regulatory requirements, and stage-gate processes
• Communicate project status, risk, and needs to the stakeholders

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3+ years of Project Management Experience within the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

This position is on-site Monday - Friday
