We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services team in New York. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both candidate sourcing and client development.

Description

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the New York area.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.
• Provide expert advice on hiring strategies and market trends in the Business Services industry.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for clients and candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, recruitment, or financial services environment.
