We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services team in New York. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both candidate sourcing and client development.
Description
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the New York area.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Provide expert advice on hiring strategies and market trends in the Business Services industry.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process for clients and candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Profile
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, recruitment, or financial services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
