Description

• Manage daily onsite construction activities and field personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Resolve onsite issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate progress and updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
