Projects typically range from $1M-$50M, including residential redevelopments, academic buildings, retail spaces, and public safety facilities. The company is recognized for its employee-first culture, with staff averaging 8.5 years of tenure.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Top Northern NE Contractor will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project milestones.
  • Supporting procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
  • Helping maintain project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Collaborating with field teams to ensure alignment between office and site operations.

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager - Top Northern NE Contractor should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Familiar with P6 and/or scheduling (preferred)
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role.
