Construction Superintendent - Green Bay, Wisconsin
Design/build education builder is actively seeking a local superintendent to support their Green Bay operations. This firm has recently won a 5 year contract in Green Bay and is looking for a superintendent to join them for this contract and beyond in the area. Description
- Oversight of subcontractors on various local sites
- Oversee daily on site-construction activities enforcing OSHA and company safety standards
- Develop project work plans and maintain a rolling 3-week look-ahead schedule to drive progress
- Lead weekly site meetings
- Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure both timely and high-quality results
- Serve as primary on-site contact for clients
Profile
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Collaborative mindset as this firm is a design/builder
- Experience of putting together look-ahead schedules
- Ability to be point of contact for key clients
- Procore experience a plus
- Education experience a plus
Job Offer
