Project Manager - Westchester

Description

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery.

• Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.

• Prepare and review RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

• Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
