Project Manager - Westchester
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver successful, high-quality projects.

Description
Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery.
Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
Prepare and review RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Anticipate risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in commercial construction who combines strong technical knowledge with polished communication and organizational skills. They will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Resourceful and adaptable, the right individual will bring a proactive mindset and the confidence to make critical decisions under pressure while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-first approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
