Description

• As the Senior Internal Auditor you will conduct comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze SOX, financial, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of internal audit recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance audit processes.
• Assist in the development of the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
• Provide support in external audits and regulatory inspections, as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization's internal audit department.

Profile

A successful Senior Internal Auditor should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks from either a large manufacturer or a Big 4 environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities to present findings and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred but not mandatory.
