Description

• Supervise and direct all phases of commercial construction projects in Raleigh.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor job site safety and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

• Proven experience in commercial construction management within the Business Services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
