Description

  • Process and manage payroll for employees via Workday, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with the human resources and finance departments to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for internal and external audits.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Support the implementation of payroll system upgrades or changes.
  • Provide guidance on payroll-related questions and policies to employees.
  • Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance with applicable laws.

Profile

A successful Senior Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • Experience processing payroll via Workday (required).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Experience with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
