APM - Multifamily Developer - Rockville,MD

Description
Support two Project Managers on active multifamily and townhome projects, ensuring smooth coordination from groundbreaking through closeout.
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and document control to keep projects on track and well-organized.
Conduct regular site visits (VA/MD weekly; NC monthly) to support field teams, monitor progress, and help resolve on-site issues.
Work closely with the development team on early design, preconstruction planning, and upcoming project pipelines - including drawings, pricing, and feasibility work.
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Maintain strong communication between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and internal leadership.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust environment in a small team where each person has meaningful ownership and impact.
Profile
2+ years of experience as a PE or APM, ideally with hands-on exposure to ground-up multifamily projects. They're detail-oriented, organized, and proactive - someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in a small, tight-knit team. $100K-$115K base salary with flexibility depending on experience
