Construction Project Manager - Ground Up
This role drives MEP‑intensive projects across healthcare, labs, and higher‑education facilities. You'll manage full project lifecycle, partnering closely with operations leadership to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Description
* Lead day‑to‑day management of complex building systems projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Write scopes, develop contracts, and manage subcontractor selection and coordination.
* Oversee project financials, schedules, and risk management in partnership with field leadership.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
* Collaborate with senior executives on client communication, project strategy, and long‑term account success.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
* 5-15 years of experience with stable tenures (3-4+ years per employer).
* Background in healthcare, life sciences, technology, or education projects with complex MEP scopes.
* Mechanical or electrical engineering degree.
* Experience leading projects $30M+ strongly preferred.
