A boutique design‑build firm with 25 employees specializing in corporate interiors and high‑end tenant improvements.Description
- Lead high-end TI projects from concept to closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and profitability
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide leadership to APMs and PEs
- Collaborate closely with in-house design teams
Profile
- 8-12 years of construction experience
- Strong background in interiors or design-build
- Excellent estimating and negotiation skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
