Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review and analyze project specifications, plans, and drawings to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates meet project needs.
• Research and source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to compile comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain and update cost databases and ensure accuracy in estimating processes.
• Present and explain cost estimates to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns.
• Monitor project budgets and provide support for cost control throughout project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to enhance accuracy in estimates.
