Superintendent
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage daily field operations for commercial construction projects in Raleigh. This role ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors and site activities.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and enforce project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Communicate progress with Project Managers and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in construction project management within the business services industry.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
