Senior Accountant

The key responsibilities for the Senior Accountant are:
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and general ledger activity
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations with supporting schedules
- Support month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
- Reconcile revenue from POS systems and operational platforms
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Support sales tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with GAAP and internal controls
Profile
The successful Senior Accountant candidate has:
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality and catering environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting processes
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems and POS platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills and a high level of ownership and accountability
Job Offer
