Local Construction SPG Superintendent
Lead remodel construction projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role suits a hands-on Superintendent who values long-term stability over project-to-project work.

Description
* Oversee day-to-day site operations on remodel projects valued at $1-15m
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics in occupied spaces
* Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, compliant job sites
* Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
* Deliver projects on time while protecting quality and client relationships
Profile
* 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
* Experience with remodels in healthcare, education, or retail
* Strong knowledge of safety, sequencing, and subcontractor management
* Clear communicator comfortable with owners and inspectors
* Local or willing to work full-time from a Central Ohio office
Job Offer
Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 base
